REFUND POLICY

Overview

Each piece created by Beautifully Etched is individually designed and produced with great care. Because many of our items are custom-made or personalised, refunds and returns are treated on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and transparency for everyone.

If you have any issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@beautifullyetched.co.uk so we can help.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Custom or personalised items (including etched, engraved, or made-to-order pieces) are non-refundable once production has started, unless:

• The item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the agreed design proof.

• We have made an error in the engraving or finish.

In such cases, we will offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund as appropriate.

Ready-Made or Non-Custom Items

If you purchase a ready-made (non-custom) product, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with UK consumer law.
To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

• You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item was faulty on arrival.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
Cancellations are accepted before production begins. Once etching or engraving has started, we cannot cancel or refund the order unless we are at fault.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. We will review and offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
Please keep all packaging until your issue has been resolved.
