These Terms & Conditions outline the legal understanding between you (the customer or visitor) and us (the business) and ensure a transparent working relationship.

Each item is individually designed, etched, or engraved by hand. Slight variations in finish or tone are part of the creative process and contribute to the uniqueness of every piece. Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Quotes are valid for 14 days. Work begins once full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed. Prices may vary depending on material costs or design complexity. Payments are accepted through secure online methods as displayed at checkout.

Completion times vary by project. Estimated timelines will be communicated before payment. While every effort is made to meet deadlines, Beautifully Etched cannot be held responsible for courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

All artwork, photographs, and designs displayed on this website are the property of Beautifully Etched and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission. Custom designs created for clients may be shared in our portfolio or social media unless you request otherwise before production.

While every effort is made to ensure precision and quality, Beautifully Etched will not be liable for indirect losses, such as loss of income or reputation, resulting from product use or delay. Items should be handled with care and kept away from extreme heat or chemicals.
