SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are made to order.

• Custom or personalised items usually take 5–14 days to design, test, and complete before dispatch.

• Ready-made pieces (if available) are usually shipped within 3–5 working days.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is being prepared, and another once it’s on its way.

We use Royal Mail or Evri for most UK deliveries.

• Standard delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch

• Tracked delivery: available upon request for added peace of mind

If you’re local to Bury St Edmunds, collection may also be arranged by appointment.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and size.
Larger or heavier pieces may require a custom quote — we’ll contact you directly if this applies.

We can ship internationally on request.

Each item is carefully packed by hand to ensure it arrives safely.
Whenever possible, recycled and recyclable materials are used.

Once dispatched, delivery times are largely outside our control.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days (UK) or 21 working days (international), please get in touch so we can investigate.
